Friday!!! End of 1st Quarter

Reminder!
No late work from 1st quarter will be accepted after today. Your zeros are permanent now.

Today is SSR:
Divide a page in your composition book into 4 columns. Label the columns Somebody, Wanted, But, So.
In the Somebody column describe a character in your book. Give their name and some important details about them
In the Wanted column tell me what your character wants in the story. What is his or her goal or objective?
In the But column talk about the conflict. What is stopping your character from getting what he or she wants?
In the So column talk about what your character is going to do to get around the But. If you have not read far enough to know what your character is going to do, make predictions.

Note:
If you check your grade today and then again over the weekend and it has changed drastically, be aware that I will be grading all weekend and if you did not turn in work to the folder for your class, then I won't have it to enter.
